The Messy Middle
I love working with organizations that grow fast, the ones that grow from 4 to 40, from 40 to 300, or from 300 to 1,500. In an organization that is growing fast, there is a lot of messiness that requires each of us and the system as a whole to pay attention to how we approach our actions and how we are Being with each other.

Team Coaching
Team coaching is about helping a group of individuals learn to work together as a single unit toward a common goal.
How can your team be more effective in working and learning together? The team coach partners with the team to identify how they can move from ME (individuals) to WE, a group of people who are aligned on the same goals, and still allow individuals to be their unique selves within the team.
Group Coaching
Facilitated conversation by a certified coach that focuses on developing individuals through peer learning and collective exploration, creating deeper connections and actionable, long-term development.
Workshops and Team Retreats
From two hours to a full day, let me help you design the workshop that fits your team’s needs.

THE BEING OF CHANGE
Focus: Communication, Navigating change, Human-Based Leadership
Why is it so hard to influence change?
The Change Formula, designed by Noa Ronen, is a great tool for helping leaders understand the challenge of influencing change and why the system can slow them or prevent them from creating it.
You will leave this program with tools for better communication and compassion:
Influence: The Being of the system in time of change can help leaders understand how to approach the experience of others with change.
Communication through the shared language of Being and Doing: Teams and individuals can use a shared language to express their challenges with change. It can also help to call on each other when the team or individuals are too involved in their doing or being and need to shift.
Brain and Change: Leaders will understand what happens to our brain in times of change and learn how to communicate change when our brain is in “fight or fligh” mode.
Look BEyond: Leaders will peer coach on how to use the Change Formula to coach their team during times of change and how to communicate change with a real change that is happening for them right now.

LEAN BACK: From AwareLess to AwareNess
Focus: creating awareness, reflection, strategic planning, values, and purpose.
Reflection is one of the main tools for distinguishing between aware leaders and teams that see results and those that don’t. It can help move from reactiveness, distraction, and tactic conversation to proactiveness, strategic focus, and improved engagement.
But how?
The Beyond Model is a leadership tool that can help you collect data, reflect, and envision the change you want to see weekly while engaging the Being and Doing energies. It can be done as a team or individually.
You will leave this program:
Learn the BEyond model and why it is important to understand the being and doing energies when we reflect
Accountability - leave with a clear plan of how reflection will look to you
Purpose and Values - the core to influencing, building relationships, and leading with impact on your leadership vision
Beyond - participants will peer coach each other on engaging this system to influence their leadership vision with their people and peers.

BEYOND YOUR LEADERSHIP STRENGTHS
Focus: Communication, strengths, empathy, compassion, Self AwareNess and uniqueness.
Becoming a strong team that knows its strengths requires first having a better understanding of each team member’s gifts and uniqueness.
In this program, you will:
Leaders:
Identify your core strengths
How can your strengths help you and your team go beyond?
Look Beyond - Teams’ strengths
Teams:
The Me: Identify the unique strengths of each member.
From Me to We: How can we leverage the unique strengths of each individual on the team as a whole?
Look BEyond and Accountability: What do we need to commit as individuals and as a team to bring our best? What systems to we need to put in place to see results?

The HeART Of Conflict
Focus: Building Relationships, Feedback, Conflict, hard conversations, communication, compassion, and self-awareness.
One of the main challenges we face as leaders and teams is having uncomfortable conversations and feedback. Most people prefer avoiding them.
But why?
Feedback or resolving a conflict can be a way to learn more about yourself and the other person and help others grow as well.
But most conflict programs don’t work because they focus on our actions and ignore our way of being with others and others with us.
In this thought-provoking program, Noa will teach you how everything you try to stop the other person from doing makes your relationship with them so challenging.
In this program, you will:
Learn your triggers—what do they do that triggers you? Then, identify the emotions and thoughts that show up in a moment of conflict.
Learn how emotions and thoughts impact your actions and their
re-actionsPlan BEyond- Leave the room with a plan of next steps to repair or build better relationships with others.

VALUE YOUR LEADERSHIP
Focus: values, building relationships, leading teams, communication, influence, engagement, conflict.
Core values are the north star that guides your way and your WHY. Your values guide your behaviors, decisions, and relationships with others.
In this engaging workshop, you will create a vision board of your values:
You will intuitively Identify your values
Purpose/Why - Get clarity on why your values are important.
Understand why your values impact your relationships and conflict or influence others.
Design Beyond - Through peer coaching, leaders will design how to engage their value system better with their leadership vision, building relationships and decision-making.
