I help my clients to dare so they can create the change they care about.
I bring over 20 years of experience in Change Management, Human Resources, Project Management, Talent and Team Development, and Coaching. As an executive coach, I work with social leaders, executives, company founders, and their teams.
I worked in the for-profit and non-profit sectors, inside organizations, and as an external consultant and coach. I led employees for money and led volunteers for passion.
My first experience as a leadership coach was when I served in the Israeli Navy. I helped officers learn what it means to lead by example and walk their talk. Since then, I have worked as an external executive/team/group coach (with local and global organizations, for-profit and not-for-profit) and internal executive coach (in a management care organization.) My passion has been partnering with social leaders, executives, and their teams to create the ripple effect they care about that comes from human-based leadership to ensure that while influencing change, leaders and executives value the well-being and growth of their people and influence a culture of growth.
change
My personal relocation experience reminded me that when we step into the path of change, we often think we know how the change will look. But in reality, even though we try to control every step along the way to shape it as we want, the end result will look different, and this is when we feel stuck. Two main energies can help us thrive or get stuck: the Being and Doing Energies. Until we learn to evaluate ourselves, we will stay in what I call a state of AwareLess.
BEing Different
After moving to the US, I had to get used to the new reality that people can hear that I am different every time I open my mouth. This new reality taught me to see people and life situations from a new perspective and respect the different and different opinions. This is why my passion is to create bridges between people and encourage them never to settle on the norm so they can create the change they care about while stepping into BEyond leadership.
Beyond Leadership is when you can open up, feel momentum unfolding within your leadership, and see beyond you, beyond your values, and beyond your vision to Engage others in your leadership and help others grow into their best selves.
Conscious Leadership
I enCourage executives, progressive leaders, teams, and individuals to never settle on the norms so they can create the change they desire. Who is the leader you can be? Whether in a group setting or one-on-one conversation, my invitation to you is to define your norms and clarify what is important to you. What is the purpose behind what you do? What are the values that lead your way? What do you do well that inspires others to join you and can make you feel momentum with your leadership?
Leaning Back
Many leaders don’t have the luxury of time to lean back and have these conscious conversations—not because they don’t care about those topics, but because they need to learn how to craft meaningful time to pause, lean back, and reflect effectively and meaningfully. Let’s partner and create the space for you to lean back and achieve your leadership goals.

I live in Raleigh, NC, with my husband, Ofir, and three loud, hungry teens, who are teaching me to fear no one and be a conscious parent. In the last few years, I became obsessed with clean eating and running outdoors a meditative outlet. Nature helps me disconnect from the screens and take time to connect with my creative self. In 2017, I started "On the Run" videos, where I shared inspirational shorts and sweaty thoughts after my runs. This series evolved into a YouTube series of short videos for leaders and executives named “Lean Back.”
