I enCourage leaders to look beyond

I coach executives, social leaders, and their leadership teams to achieve consistent results with their goals when leading through constant change and growth.
However, to see consistent results, you will need to dare yourself to identify your leadership blindspots and adopt new actions and ways of being.

Let’s partner to help you move from a state of AwareLess to a state of AwareLess

“ It takes courage to stay with the mess in order to see the full picture. Noa helps you to see beyond the actions, to the patterns of behaviors and emotions that can both help and hinder you on the path of self-discovery and connection with others.” UN Leader

AwareLess

Growth, distractions, stress, a fast-paced environment, and constant change can prevent us from seeing the desired results.

This is what I call a state of AwareLess.

Unconsciously, we let our hidden focuses (autopilot tendencies) to mis-lead our
actions or way of being from taking on actions we should dare ourselves to take. We lose focus.

Coaching - how does it look?

Mostly executive coaching engagement is 6-8 months and requires your commitment to meet consistently twice a month.

  • Identify your leadership strengths and opportunities for growth and development by engaging assessment tools such as 360-degree assessments/interviews, DISC, and Strengths Assessments and opting to observe your leadership in meetings with your teams or leading projects.

  • Identify development coaching goals

  • Development alignment meeting: 3 or 4-way meeting with your supervisor or HR. (beginning, mid-point, end of process)

  • Bi-Monthly (twice a month) 1:1 sessions

  • Identify leadership purpose/why, Leadership and team brand, and your core values

  • Provides leadership development if needed, such as strategic time management, team brand, values, emotional and cognitive agility, conflict resolution, communication styles, and feedback

  • Generates Leadership Action Plans to maximize performance

  • Move leadership focus from tactical-reactive to strategic-intentional

Conscious Leaders

Conscious leadership is what leads you from doing leadership to paying attention to your Being energy and aligning your actions with your way of being. You move from personal growth to looking BEyond You, BEyond Your Values, and BEyond Your Vision to engage others and help them grow to their best selves.

The Problem is not the Problem; The problem is What you believe to be the solution.

There is the solution everyone else is telling you, or you believe you should/need to follow. But what solution do you want to follow? What if there is a solution you haven’t thought about that can bring the results you want and sustain?

Let’s define the leadership your way and then create the systems that work for you.

You can walk with integrity and ease when you define your way of doing and being.

This is the beginning of a new conscious leadership that many leaders don’t have the luxury or time to consider, but it is necessary for success in today's complex reality of constant change and growth.

““Hard work is about risk. It begins when you deal with the things that you’d rather not deal with: fear of failure, fear of standing out, fear of rejection. Hard work is about training yourself to leap over this barrier, drive through the other barrier. And after you’ve done that, to do it again the next day.”
— Seth Godin

My Clients

My clients are social leaders, creatives, and those who believe in human-based leadership. They work in diverse or global environments, small to mid-size organizations (for-profit and not-for-profit) that pivot fast and aim for an agile culture.

What stood out most for me is that Noa understood very quickly who I was as a person so that we could work on my goals. Also she had been in the same situation as me as an executive woman expatriated so we could share our experiences.

What to expect when coaching with me?

If I want to work with you, does it matter where I live?

I coach leaders and teams worldwide. I have had clients from Vietnam, England, Israel, India, Japan, France, Germany, Sweden, and the US.

How will we meet?

Coaching can be done remotely or in person (in person will require adding traveling time.)

But if I work during the day?

I start my coaching sessions at 6 AM EST to accommodate my client's needs and locations worldwide. Some of my clients prefer to talk with me before they head to the office or during their lunchtime to avoid distractions.
Please pay attention. I do not coach while you drive.

How long is a session?

Most coaching sessions are 45-50 minutes.
You can choose a 90-minute or half-day coaching session for in-depth work. Some of my clients find this valuable or easier with their busy schedules.

How long is the coaching engagement?

Most clients start with six to eight months of twice or three times of monthly meetings to build momentum and consistency in their coaching work. After that, if desired or needed, we move to monthly check-ins.

“Noa has a special talent of asking the right thought-provoking questions that enable people to discover a deeper understanding of the challenges they face, which then results in realistic, actionable roadmaps for change and growth. “
— Executive Leader, Healthcare Industry

My Role

Keeping You on Course
My role is to ensure that our conversation aligns with the coaching goals we identified and to check in if we need to change or revisit our goals or coaching needs.

Listening differently
Sometimes, we think we know what problem we are trying to solve, but when we engage in a conversation with a coach who is trained in listening and asking questions, they can help us find the clarity we are missing. I will make sure to listen to you with curiosity and ask questions that bring clarity and move you forward or help you reflect and challenge your thought process.

Resources
I always share resources like books, TED talks, articles, podcasts, exercises, and systems that can help/inspire you but won't distract you or become another task on your plate. They have to be essential and support your path of growth.
(Resources are always your choice to explore and are never a must. If I find that you are too busy, I might limit or not share with you resources until I feel you have space to explore them.)

Accountability:
At the end of each session, I ask the same question: “What is your biggest takeaway?” Then, we design next steps until the next session.

“I will carry with me many of the lessons and insights and will strive to use them in my day to day life. Thank you for being a wonderful coach and human being! You bring out the best in people.”
— Efrat Baller Moses, Artist
