I help my clients to dare so they can create the change they care about.

I bring over 20 years of experience in Change Management, Human Resources, Project Management, Talent and Team Development, and Coaching.

I worked at the for-profit and the non-profit sectors, inside organizations and as an external consultant, I led employees for money and led volunteers for passion.

My first experience as a leadership coach was when I served in the Israeli Navy. I helped officers learn what does it mean to lead by example and walk their talk. Since then my passion to help leaders walk their talk has never stopped and the real lesson of understanding what does it mean started with my personal relocation experience.

change

My personal relocation experience, reminded me that many times when we step into the path of change, we think we know how the change is going to look like, but in reality, even though we try to control every step along the way to shape it as we want, the end result will look different and this is when we feel stuck.

Change taught me that there are two main energies that can help us thrive or get stuck; the Being and Doing Energies.

Those energies can help us create momentum with our leadership or keep us stuck. Until we learn to identify and then evaluate the situation we stay in what I call a state of AwareLess.

“If you don’t like how things are, change it, you are not a tree.”
— Jim Rohn

BEing Different

After the move to the US, I had to get used to the new reality that every time I open my mouth people can hear that I am different. This new reality taught me to see people and life situations from a new perspective and respect the different and different opinions. This is why my passion is to create bridges between people and enCourage you to keep challenging others to never settle on the norm so you can create the change you care about while stepping into BEyond leadership.

Beyond Leadership Is When You Are Able To Open Up, Feel Momentum Unfolding Within Your Leadership, And See Beyond You, Beyond Your Values, And Beyond Your Vision To Now Engage Others In Your Leadership And Help Others Grow Into Their Best Selves.

Conscious Leadership

I enCourage executives, progressive leaders, teams, and individuals to never settle on the norms so they can create the change they desire. Who is the leader you can be? No matter if it is in a group setting or one on one conversation my invitation to you is to define your norms - get clarity on what is important to you? What is the purpose behind what you do? What are the values that lead your way? What do you do well that inspires others to join you and that can make you feel momentum with your leadership?

Leaning Back

many leaders don’t have the luxury or time to lean back and have these conscious conversations - not because they don’t care about those topics, but because they need to learn how to craft meaningful time to pause, lean back and reflect in an effective and meaningful way.

I will teach you how to

“I want to share with you how profoundly your “talk” has changed my life… You, Noa, made a huge impact on my life. Even if we never meet again (which I consider unlikely), I want you to know that you made a difference in my life.”

I live in Raleigh, NC with my husband, Ofir, and three loud, hungry teens who teach me how to fear no one and be a conscious parent. In the last few years I became obsessed with clean eating and running outdoors which is a meditative outlet for me. Nature helps me disconnect from the screens and take time to connect with my creative self. In 2017 I started "On the Run" videos where I share inspirational shorts and sweaty thoughts after my runs. You can find those videos on my social media feeds @NoaRCoach. When I don’t coach, speak, cook or run you can find me in one of the local coffee shops sipping on a good cup of cappuccino while writing my thoughts.
